Transformatör Elektromekanik San. Tic. A.Ş. that offers quality solutions for the needs of energy sector by productive manufacturing process, provides service in Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industry Zone with a total of 63.352 m2 area; 48.352 m2 indoors and 15.000 m2 outdoors. Our products are produced in accordance with standards of TSE 267 ve IEC 76 and certified with ISO 9001: 2015 Quality System and ISO 14001Environmental Management System certificates. In 23/01/2013 our laboratory was accredited by TURKAK. The Type Tests were provided by KEMA and ICMET. As it is shown on the right top, the certificates ,that we provided by ICMET ,were approved by German Accreditation Body. This approval isn’t shown on all ICMET Type Test certificates but it is available for our certificates. %25 of our products are being exported domestically and %75 of them are being exported overseas for over 40 countries. Iraq, Nigeria, Bahrain, Afghanistan and Kenya are the main corporations of ministry of energy that we have received approval abroad.
Our factory’s main activity areas are: Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, Transformer Service and Maintenance, Dry Type Transformers and Pad-Mounted Transformers.

At the same time, this policy undertakes to develop the principle of 'environmentally sensitive production' with the understanding that it is a duty to leave a better world to future generations, to prioritize protecting nature, human and environment in production, and to comply with legal regulations by applying occupational health and safety rules in all our activities .

DRY TYPE TRANSFORMER

Our MFC branded product offers high quality, performance Cast Resin Dry Type Distribution Transformers for different applications, from 100 kVA to 10 mVA, up to 52 kV insulation level, with three or single phase, AN / AF cooling. Thanks to its compliance with special and international standards, transformers are used at high altitudes and in marine environments, especially under severe conditions. It provides general environmental safety with no flammable liquid, self-extinguishing material, exemption from toxic gas missions, low noise level and low electromagnetic emission. Cast Resin Dry Type Distribution Transformers are suitable for operation in moisture proof, humidity or severe pollution environment. These transformers are ideal transformers that can operate at temperatures as low as -25 °C, as well as in environments with more than 95% humidity.

HERMETIC TRANSFORMERS

They are produced in the power range of 10-3.150 kVA, up to 36 kV high voltage level, three- or single-phase, oil-lubricated, ONAN, ONAF cooled, with no-load tap changer or automatic under-load tap changer, for both external and internal use. In Hermetic Transformers, there is no oxygen in the environment because oil does not come into contact with air. Therefore, there is no aging due to oxidation. Since there is no contact with air in Hermetic Transformers, transformer oil will not absorb moisture. In this way, Hermetic Transformers have a longer life than transformers with expansion tanks. Since there is no expansion tank in Hermetic Transformers, the height is low. It allows mounting in smaller spaces. It is particularly advantageous in compact transformer substations.

SPECIAL TRANSFORMERS

They are produced in the power range of 10-100,000 kVA, up to 170 kV high voltage level, three or single phase, oil-lubricated, ONAN, ONAF cooling, with no-load tap changer or automatic under load tap changer, both external and internal. The dimensions of the expansion tanks of the transformers are designed as a result of calculations to store the expansion of the oil increasing with temperature. Since transformers with expansion tanks are open to the atmosphere, the changing oil pressure due to thermal effects and the silica gel (air dryer) in the tank of the transformer remove the humidity of the air and provide air exchange.
